  1. About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out how Bloomsbury Associates Limited ("we", "us", and "our") collects, stores, uses and discloses your personal information in accordance with its privacy obligations under the Privacy Act 2020. It also sets out your rights to access and correct personal information held about you.
    2. When we say "personal information" we mean information about an identifiable individual, such as your name, email address, address, telephone number, financial information, and similar details.

  10. Your rights to access, correct and update your personal information
    1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the personal information you provide to us is accurate, complete and up to date.
    2. You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or request that we update or correct any personal information we hold about you, by setting out your request in writing and sending it to us at the contact details below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and, in any event, within 20 working days of receiving your request.
    3. You will not usually have to pay a fee to access your personal information. However, we may charge a fee to recover our reasonable costs of retrieving, collating and providing access to your personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. We will advise you of any applicable fee before responding to your request.
  11. Retention of personal information
    1. We only keep your personal information for as long as we reasonably require it for the purposes of providing you with our services or as otherwise required or permitted by law. Following that, we will ensure your information is deleted or de-identified.
